Services

Four connected lower extremity services, each starting with an individualized clinical assessment.

Every recommendation starts with understanding your diagnosis, your goals, and what's realistic — then matching the right service, or combination of services, to that picture.

Specialized Knee, Foot & Ankle Physiotherapy

Assessment and treatment for knee, foot, and ankle conditions — from straightforward issues to complex, persistent problems that haven't responded elsewhere, including pre- and post-surgical care. Thirty years in the community means close working relationships with local orthopaedic surgeons.

The aim is not treatment for treatment's sake — it's to understand what's limiting you and identify the most useful next steps. This is where focused lower extremity pattern recognition helps when symptoms haven't resolved elsewhere.

Custom Knee Bracing

Assessed and fitted by a physiotherapist with 25 years of specialist bracing experience. Brace selection is based on diagnosis, alignment, activity goals, instability pattern, OA compartment involvement, and insurance realities.

  • OA unloader braces
  • ACL and ligament braces
  • Post-operative braces
  • Compression and support braces

Custom Foot Orthotics

Foot orthotics are available when they're clinically appropriate and are considered alongside footwear, movement, strength, symptoms, and activity goals.

The assessment stands on its own. An orthotic is recommended only when it's likely to add meaningful value.
